JoinEm (“JoinEm”, “Embody”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy. Your use of our Platform and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. The Terms of Service apply to the collection and use of Personal Information as described herein.

JoinEm does not collect or store your full credit card details.

We may also use Pixel Tags (also referred to as “web beacons” or “clear GIFs”) to collect non-Personal Information and aggregate data. Pixel Tags help us manage content by measuring the effectiveness of our Platform's content.

We may also receive information about you from other sources, including from third-party websites, service providers, analytics providers, advertising networks, and medical providers (including physicians, healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and labs). No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

V. Options About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of our Platform may then be inaccessible or may not function properly.

We do not currently respond to “do not track” signals sent by web browsers.

VI. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

When you use our Platform there is a risk that your PHI will be stored unencrypted on your mobile device. We recommend that you take appropriate security measures on your mobile device, including password protection and encryption where available.

JOINEM DOES NOT CONTROL AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT THIRD PARTIES DO IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR WEBSITES, OR HOW THEY HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION AND CONSULT THE PRIVACY POLICIES POSTED ON EACH THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.

VIII. No Services to Persons Under the Age of 18

JoinEm does not knowingly provide services to minors under 18. Our Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Platform. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. IX. California Resident Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides you with specific rights regarding your Personal Information. This section applies to personal information that is not covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“ HIPAA”) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (“CMIA”). Protected health information (“PHI”) under HIPAA and “medical information” under CMIA are excluded from this section.

We have collected the following categories of Personal Information from consumers in the past 12 months:
